WARRANTY POLICY

Optical frames and sunglasses purchased from our online store come with a 12-month manufacturer’s warranty from the date of purchase. This 12-month warranty covers manufacturing faults and defects. 

This warranty does not cover accidental breakage or wear and tear of the product/s. It does not cover accidental breakage and general wear and tear, excessive heat damage, and pressure breaks. Damage and wear and tear to the packaging is not covered by the warranty.

Every effort should be made to ensure that the screws and fastening are regularly serviced as over time these can become loose through regular use of the product. Not having these parts regularly maintained may result in damage to the frames or lenses, which is not covered by this warranty.

Product Care

Always store your eyewear in the case provided to avoid damage.

Eyewear should be put on and taken off the face with both hands to avoid damage.

Eyewear is not to be cleaned with chemicals or detergents. Only use the microfibre cloth provided. 

Avoid wearing your glasses on your head as this can stretch the frame.

Pool chemicals and salt water may damage the frames and lenses. This will void your warranty.

Eyewear that is of a light colour or matte finish may become damaged by any creams inclusive of moisturisers or make-up. This damage will void your warranty.

The product may become damaged if stored above 35 degrees Celsius.

Making a Claim

Before making a claim, please familiarise yourself with the conditions under which warranty claims will be covered. In the event your frames become faulty due to workmanship and materials, and you believe you have a claim under the warranty and within the warranty period, please contact us at [email protected] with;

  • Proof of purchase (your order number is sufficient for online orders only).
  • Description and photo of the damaged frames.
  • Contact details, including email and phone number.

The customer service team will make an initial assessment of your claim and contact you with the outcome.

If your product was purchased through one of our stockists, please contact them directly with a proof of purchase and the faulty item and your claim will be assessed through these retailers on your behalf. Assessments will not proceed if you contact us directly in this instance, and you will be instructed to make contact directly with the stockist directly.

Warranty Outcome

Once we have assessed your claim, a member of the customer service team will contact you directly to discuss the outcomes. In the event that your warranty is approved, you will be offered to have the product fixed with replacement parts, replacing the frames with new frames, or offering you a refund. If you purchased the product with a gift card the balance of this gift card will be restored. 

In the event of an unsuccessful claim, a member of the customer care team will be in contact with you to discuss your options.

The outcome of the assessment of the claim and remedies will take between 5 to 10 business days.
